The excitement of summer reaches its peak every year at The Iowa State Fair – that’s why it’s called The Best Days Ever! The Iowa State Fair is a celebration of culture, community, and the joy of being an Iowan. For us at Ketelsen RV, the fair isn’t just an event; it’s a chance to connect with fellow adventurers, share the love of RVing, and bring our joy of the outdoors to the community.
We brought over 40 units to the state fair this year ranging, from cozy campers to luxurious motorhomes, offering fairgoers a glimpse into the world of endless possibilities that RVing offers. Visitors were able to step inside, experience the comfort, and envision their own road trips, family getaways, and outdoor adventures! (And, enjoy the air-conditioned units on those really hot days!)
Beyond our booth at the fair, we explored the delicious food (Dill cheese curds for the win!), renowned Miller’s lemonade and, we couldn’t pass up the classic turkey leg of course. Over 60 foods on a stick, can you believe it?!
Overall, the 10 days at the Iowa State Fair never fail to bring us closer to the camping community we have in Iowa. Ketelsen RV at the Iowa State Fair is an experience not to be missed! So, next year, when the fairgrounds come alive again, be sure to visit Ketelsen RV!
